Steven Baker - President and Co-Chief Investment Officer. Steve has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry.
Since 1983 Mr. Baker has been a senior executive in the institutional securities business spanning various product lines including equities, options, futures and fixed income. Steve has been employed by Jefferies & Company, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Keybanc amongst others.
Steve began his career at Morgan Olmstead Kennedy & Gardner in 1983 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 1982. He is married with three children and has resided in Darien, Connecticut since 1993.
Brian Hathaway - Co-Chief Investment Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Brian has extensive experience in equities, portfolio management, and operations.
For 19 years beginning in 1983, Mr. Hathaway was Vice President and a Partner at Hathaway & Associates, Ltd, a SEC registered investment advisory firm specializing in small cap growth investments for large corporate clients. In addition, Mr. Hathaway co-founded Hathaway Partners, Inc. in 1993 to provide the same investment strategy to accredited individual investors.
Mr. Hathaway began his investment career for Jefferies & Company in 1982 after graduating from Harvard University with an A.B. degree in Economics. He is married with three children and has resided in Darien, Connecticut since 1997.
Margo Epprecht – Managing Director Client Investments. Margo joined ICM in September 2014. Margo has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry and she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Margo worked for 16 years in investment management in Westport, Ct at Charter Oak Partners. Margo began her investment career as a Research Analyst for Paine Webber in 1982. She is a graduate of Harvard University with an A.B. degree in Economics and also earned her Graduate degree in Journalism from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism M.S. with honors. She is married with two children and has resided in Norwalk, Connecticut since 1985.
Chris O’Donnell – Managing Director Client Investments. Chris joined ICM in April 2017. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Prior to joining ICM, Chris held a variety of analytical and portfolio management positions at leading investment firms including Mark Asset Management, Stelliam Funds, Caxton Associates, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Chris began his career at Chemical Bank after graduating from Haverford College with a B.A. degree in Economics in 1992 and also earned his MBA in finance from Columbia Business School where he was elected Beta Gamma Sigma. He is married with two children and has resided in Riverside, Connecticut since 2002.
Carol Gurliacci - Carol joined ICM in the Fall of 1994. She serves as the secretary-treasurer. Carol is responsible for processing the firm's automated financial record system, payroll and tax reporting, billing, accounts payable, producing and making client reports, compliance with federal and state regulations, and general operations of the firm.
Ms. Gurliacci is the former secretary-treasurer of Stobbs Printing Company, Bloomfield, N.J., where she served as a principal officer for 5 years. She has been a part-time employee of Darien-Norwalk YWCA, and she has been a resident of Darien, Conn., since 1970.
Jonathan D. Agnew -is a director and shareholder of ICM. Previously he was president and chief operating officer of Plain Sight Systems, Inc., Hamden, Conn., a developer of optical device systems. He was chief financial officer of PetroChemNet, Inc., a provider of information and trading services to petrochemical professionals and was a director of finance at Time Inc. Television.
Mr. Agnew is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
